Here are Staccato Studios’ Music Together® policies. Registration implies agreement with the items listed below.
Financial
Full payment is due upon registration to reserve your child’s place in a class.
Make-up Classes
No refunds or credits will be granted for missed classes. Make-up classes are a bonus and only offered if space is available in another class. Make-up classes must be scheduled within the session as they are non-transferable to future sessions. Please contact us to schedule your makeup.
Class Size
The minimum enrolment per a class is 7. The maximum enrolment per a class is 12. Please note that a maximum of 2 adults may attend per a family. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment. In this event, all families would be notified prior to the first class and a refund or alternate class time would be offered.
Cancellation
If a cancellation occurs before the first class, the tuition will be refunded minus a $10.00 processing fee. If the cancellation occurs after the first class, the tuition will be refunded less $50.00. If the cancellation occurs after the second class no refunds or credits will be issued. Written notice of your cancellation is required (ie. letter or email).
Illness
If you or your child is sick, please stay home and contact us for a make-up class. We ask that you respect the health and well-being of your classmates which often includes expectant mothers and infants. As well, please do not bring older children to class who are home sick from school. Please note that we clean our instruments with a natural disinfectant called Benefect.
Promotional Release
Students may appear in Staccato Music Studios promotional or educational materials or media which may include visual or audio representation.
